Hanging Your Garden Fountain
So now you have a new fountain for your garden but what about that task of hanging it up? Try not to stress over that too much, it is easier than you would think. Most of the fountains that you will use are relatively light and will not require hiring anyone to hang them, although two people would be better suited to get the job done.
Many times a garden fountain would be hung on a wooden fence. You can get a fairly sturdy hanger from Home Depot that will simply screw into the wood. If you are using a brick or stone wall, you will need to drill a hole first and get the proper anchor.

The one piece fountains should not take very long to hang. However, if you bought a bigger garden fountain made from slate or marble, the mount needs to be a bit heavier.Don’t let that be a deterrent as these types of fountains are so beautiful and they are worth the extra effort. Most outdoor water fountains that require a better mount will have instructions included, along with the mounting bracket included also. Some will even give you a video or phone support.
There is something to be said for a solid stone fountain to accent your garden and has the sound of natural water.
